PLEASANTON, CA --  VoIP company Jangl has announced the launch of its mobile telecommunications initiative that intends to connect leading brands with mobile consumers worldwide.

Jangl is monetizing its free click-to-call service via advertising through Ogilvy's Digital Innovation Group.  The company previously tested "pre-roll" advertisements with Pudding Media, and now is rolling this concept out.

Jangl is leveraging its interactive response capabilities of its voice services to deliver links and information via its SMS system to customers who respond to the ads.
